Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data
The controller of data collected on ball-launcher-for-dogs.com is Animouf LLC (trading as Pupserve), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, reachable at contact@ball-launcher-for-dogs.com. Full publisher details are in our legal notice.
What we collect
The site has no customer accounts. Only two situations lead to personal data being collected:
- When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and payment details. Payment is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor: we never see your card number and we store no card data.
- When you contact us: your email address and the content of your message, solely so that we can reply.
Why, and on what basis
Order data is processed to perform the contract of sale: preparation, dispatch, delivery tracking, invoicing and after-sales handling. Contact data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Who can see your data
Your data is available only to the people who need it to process your order: our customer service, Stripe for payment, and the carrier for delivery. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to a third party for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, then archived for the period our accounting and tax obligations impose. Messages sent through the contact address are deleted once the matter is closed, and at the latest after twelve months.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no social-network trackers. It also runs no analytics: we do not measure traffic, and no third-party script is loaded to do so. The only data stored in your browser is your cart, kept locally on your device so that it survives a page reload; it never reaches our servers on its own.
Your rights, country by country
Which rules protect you depends on where you live, so here is the position for each of the five countries we ship to. In every case, the first step is the same: write to contact@ball-launcher-for-dogs.com and tell us what you want. We normally reply within one business day.
United States
There is no single federal privacy law covering an online shop like ours. Several states — California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah among them — give residents the right to know what is held about them, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; the access, correction and deletion requests are honoured for anyone who asks, wherever they live. Californian residents may also designate an authorised agent to make a request on their behalf.
Canada
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and for corrections to it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
United Kingdom
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right of access, rectification and erasure; the right to restrict processing and to object to it; and the right to data portability. If you believe your rights are not being respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Ireland and the European Union
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access, rectification and erasure; the right to restrict processing and to object to it; and the right to data portability. If you believe your rights are not being respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC), the Irish supervisory authority, or with the authority of the member state where you live.
Australia
Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected. Complaints that we cannot resolve directly can be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Where your data is processed
Animouf LLC is established in the United States, and Stripe processes payments on infrastructure of its own. If you order from the United Kingdom, Ireland or Australia, your order data therefore leaves your country. Stripe operates under the contractual safeguards its own data processing agreement sets out, and we keep the data we hold to the minimum described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not change it retroactively: the version in force when you ordered is the one that governs that order.
